Please note: because our flowers are made to order, there are no refunds or credit back, however, we are committed to satisfying our customers. We will do all we can to make things right. If you are unhappy with a product, please call us to discuss it to see if we can find a suitable alternative.

NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Please contact us prior to shipping merchandise back to us.

Discounted merchandise is not returnable. For general merchandise: Exchange or store credit permitted on returns postmarked within 30 days of order date, sorry no refunds.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, along with original receipt stating reason for return. Please indicate which items you would like in exchange, or if you would like a store credit.
